Terry Frazier serves Sustainability Partners as Project Cost Controller. Mr. Frazier has demonstrated success managing billion dollar budgets and essential infrastructure projects.  

At SP, Mr. Frazier monitors variances from the current budget and assists with the control, formulation and interpretation of budgets, trends, and estimates at completion. He delivers comprehensive financial support to all functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial performance reporting and modeling of long-range business plans. Additionally, he prepares detailed cost analysis to identify and explain variances on a weekly/monthly basis and accruals for project accounting monthly to accurately record percentage of completion, and earned value.

Prior to SP, Mr. Frazier led change in First Solar’s Photovoltaic Systems, continuously reducing the cost of solar power through innovation in both systems design and safe execution. His extensive background working with Senior Finance Management and Project Managers is an incredible asset to our team.

Mr. Frazier earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Economics from Mount Union College.
