HARRY SHERMAN ⎯ General Counsel
Harry Sherman brings a wealth of experience in project development, finance, and legal counsel to Sustainability Partners. His expertise spans across in-house counsel roles and positions at leading national law firms.
Most recently, Harry served as General Counsel for a leading solar generation and battery storage company focused on the Commercial and Industrial (C&I) as well as Municipal, University, Schools and Hospitals (MUSH) sectors where he was responsible for development, construction, procurement, finance, maintenance, and operation of turnkey solar and battery projects.
Prior to that, Harry was General Counsel for a boutique hotel acquisition and management company where he led commercial real estate acquisition, finance and management, employment, and licensing matters. He also served as US Counsel for a Spain-based private equity firm specializing in wind energy development. Additionally, he was senior finance counsel at the nation’s leading renewable energy development and ownership company.
Harry holds a BA from Columbia College, MIA from the Columbia School of International and Public Affairs, and a JD from University of Miami Law School.
