Tracye Boegner serves as Senior Paralegal with Sustainability Partners and is instrumental in assisting with customer and vendor contracts, NDAs, internal agreements, entity creation and management, corporate compliance, and SP’s corporate board management. 

Ms. Boegner has 28 years of experience and was most recently with the Institute for Building Technology and Safety. She has an advanced corporate Law Paralegal Certification and a Paralegal Certificate from NYU.
